The point is that Walmart never ever intends on selling the item at more than
$15.00 .If it is on sale for $15 350 out of 365 days a year, then the Regular
retail price is $15. I'm not making this up you know....but whatever. Who
cares.

OK Whatever. But just for the goddamn hell of it, I found the FTC page
referring to what I was talking about. Further information regarding jewelry
markups and such is fairly easy to find online. For instance- there was a 6
month investigation of JC Penney for just what I was referring to. It's
deceptive advertising. There are rules.
